Mahomes runs around alot. Also Russell Wilson didn't stay in the pocket either.
Brady seriously needs ta sit his ass down somewhere. 
They are pocket guys, that only run when they had too. Neither have been leading rushing qbs.
Scrambling and running forward is different. Russ won because the team's defense, Seattle never had a great offense.
Russell Wilson is not a pocket passer. He typically runs outside of the pocket because of his difficulty in seeing over his lineman. It's also why the overwhelming majority of his throws are to the outside of the hashmarks and not over the middle.
In the case of Justin Fields and most others running QBs are leading rushers because of the lack of weapons around them. These guys usually don't have elite WRs. Hurts does which is why he's Top 5 in completion percentage and yards per completion along with having 7 times as many TD passes as interceptions. He's also passed for more yards than Aaron Rodgers this year.
