Thibbs is a rebuilding coach.
But the Knicks are rebuilt now.
They are back to being an Eastern Conference Contender/Playoff Team.
So it's time for Thibbs to go.
His coaching style is outdated.

The fact that Thibbs REFUSES to use his bench is the main reason "why" the Knicks could not "return the favor" and full-court press the Pacers right back.
I watched the whole damn game asking... "When is this jackass Thibbs gonna run a full-court press of his own?"

- When a team puts on a full-court press against you...... you press them right back. Immediately.
- Teams that run a full-court press usually DO NOT want to "get pressed".
- Because it drains waaay too much energy trying to "beat" a full-court press ...AND... "apply" a full-court press, at the same time.
