Kristaps Porzingis dealt with ‘POTS’ last postseason, per
@FredKatz
.“POTS, an autonomic condition that can dramatically increase a patients heart rate when standing up instead of spread horizontal… In his worst moments Porzingis’ heart rate could stabilize while laying down, but the act of standing up could rev it to 130 beats per minute.”

Appreciate that my bro! But yea that’s gonna be a challenge for them! Just like it will be for houston and LAC. I like GS team though but we shall see
Older players are injury prone which is the issue and the west is stronger compared to the east.

Warriors gonna have a lot of tough teams to play against this season.

But y'all played good last night but we all know this fakers team is trash.

GS will be good as long as they stay healthy
I respect the fact that you keep it real.

That keyword you said being "HEALTHY' is key.

Even before they got old... That 2022 championship team would have lost if any of about 8 different players got injured. Curry was phenomenal but, forget about Draymond and Klay, that team would have clearly lost had Wiggins or Poole been hurt at certain points. Very obviously could not have won without them.

Everything is going to have to be perfect for this year's Warriors team. Al Horford getting hurt could doom them. Not gonna happen without any of the big three. Who knows who is on the team and playing an important role come the playoffs but I could see Buddy or Moody being essential-- people can dismiss that now but they would have done the same thing more forcefully if I had said that about Wiggins or Poole in October 2021.

So what are you saying

So what are you saying

I agree with you... I just think it is being overemphasized re: this year's team because nobody has ever had four starters so old. For what team is "HEALTHY" not the keyword? Curry went down last year and the season was over for Golden State. Same would have been true for the Thunder, Nuggets, Pacers, Wolves and any other team losing its best player. How many teams do we think can win if their second best player gets hurt?

I gave that example of the considerably younger 2022 Warriors team to demonstrate just how important "HEALTHY" is for any team that isn't historically great like that 2018 Warriors team that could have won without KD if Klay had not gotten hurt also (or vice-versa). It is extremely extremely rare that "HEALTHY" is not key to any team's title hopes so we don't have to belabor the point with the Warriors just because they signed Al Horford, which is really the only reason it is so discussed heading into this season, along with how last season ended.

I mean health is very important for every team! And it’s gonna be overstated with older teams because they tend to get hurt more often. It’s also gonna be overstated with players that stay hurt, like Irving and AD. So yea I think that goes without saying. The comparison to 2022 team I’m not sure that’s valid though…

VJ out there wilin'. 14 1st quarter points in his debut

I would trade embiid at this point because he's no longer the player he once was.

Maxey, VJ & Mccain should be the sixers focus of the players being built around.
