I think KD himself, if he was being honest, would say that he should have stayed in OKC or done something other than join the greatest team in history. The dude obviously is not happy with how he is viewed. He could have gone anywhere other than Golden State or Cleveland and gotten credit for winning championships. Regardless of being voted Finals MVP, that was Steph's team and they won before him and after him and they had a much better record when he was out than when Steph was out.

That's incredibly dumb. They went other places with entirely different rosters, the lack of success elsewhere doesn't mean that they couldn't have won with KD.

In an alternate reality where Chris Bosh never went to Miami, you could say that him not winning a championship elsewhere was proof that he could never win. But obviously he could with LeBron and Wade. Any player can win under the right circumstances.
