}~~~> Official 2024/2025 NBA Thread<~~~{ OKC Thunder NBA champs}

Damn aint nobody watching the Game... only about 10 comments in the thread for tonight's game...
I've been watching/listening to the game on my phone while I work. The NBA crazy schedule is mostly to blame. This game should have been on yesterday and game 4 will probably have even less comments.

Friday night Adam Silver, really.... really

Idk man OKC might not have the heart needed to win a finals series.
I'm still picking OKC in 6, but I will admit I never thought Indy would have a series lead.

I'll also say that OKC really NEEDS to win this in 6 games. They don't want to see this sneaky ass/ never give up Indy team in a game 7 situation.

Damn that was a good ass game by the Pacers

I hate win people use these terms!! why isnt just the Pacers are better?? why do people question things that cant be measured?? You think OKC didnt give their all?? come on... somebody has to lose regardless of that dumb cliche "heart"...

But fans media etc will blame the players and coaches before the owners all day...
Trade Jaylen & White away then big Perk will say, "Jayson Tatum has proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that he isn't a superstar because he can't lead his team to a championship after that team traded it's 2nd & 3rd best players". :hmm:

I'm honestly not that invested. If that's how you feel, that's how you feel.

Perk is an idiot but Tatum didnt lead Boston anyways; it was Brown who was the best player on that team during that run...

I keep telling you guys these owners care more about their pockets then winning...

It's because of the luxury tax is going to be over $200 million
Not just that, but they also won one already.

The old NBA ownership model was to buy a team for a couple million and run it for decades. Then flip the team for billions.

The new model is for a bunch of investors to buy-in with a 10-12 year plan to win at least one title, then sale while the stock is high.

And the current C's management already won their title. Now its time to collect your chips and get the fuck outta the casino (i.e. they ain't resigning shit). All them heavy contracts are about to be someone else's problem.

yea but that its only because of the new CBA; old CBA and its a different story; i hope they change it; it just penalize good organizations...
