I mean unless a team has draft picks they can use, then they have enough to trade for him without having to gut the team too deeply to get him

I mean that shouldn't be hard to match when you have other players that have a high salary with only needing to trade a few players along with draft picks which shouldn't hurt the team too much whoever wants to trade for Giannis.

The problem ain’t Giannis contract. The problem is everyone lose…..Giannis get 50 million…the dudes you trading him for get 40-59 million. You got 160 million in salary with 3 players now you gotta match Giannis and some more guys…it’s just a mess.
I mean if a player like Giannis caliber can help your team to become a contender then any wise gm would take that in to consideration to trade for him..Giannis isn't injury prone, he's durable and can help a team out there doing it all on the court.
