He can have a player option on a two year deal (meaning after one year), take the huge one year offer, two years and a team or take the qualifying if I’m running the Warriors.

Pat Bev purposely tried to injure Westbrook on some clown shit, so he has a clouded opinion.
I would counter with the fact the Westbrook got hurt, came back and kept performing at an All NBA level.
Rose got hurt and became a honorable vet.
Longevity has to mean something in sports.
I think there are two legitimate ways to assess greatness— totality and peak.
I respect arguing Rose based entirely on peak. I just don’t think I’ve heard anyone speak of his peak as highly as Bev did and I never thought of him in those terms watching his MVP year.
