They went in on him on First Take yesterday about that but I can't front & say it wasn't without merit. When was the last time Dez was mentioned as being in the top class of receivers. I can name 10 off the top that I would take before him now. What the hell happened
I'm not worried. His numbers dipped but last year towards the end of the season his numbers were dominant. He murdered the Packers.
He just doesn't have the route tree Antonio or Julio have.
He's not without flaws. If this continues I'll be worried. But he and Dez were money last year at the end of the season.
Even in the Giants game.......the problem wasn't Dez. Jenkins guarded him well sometimes......Dak didn't feel comfortable throwing it to Dez. And when he did it was off the mark. Its easier for Dak to throw to Beasley and Witten and Williams when they are wide open.
Last thing I want to see is these niggas try and force it to him though.

They're full of shit....they can't fool me. They do this shit every damn week man....I guess Cowboys discussion good and bad must be their highest rated segments because they always do this. Anyone that watches the games knows that Dez and Dak just aren't on the same page. They were towards the end of last year. They've been better at it in the offseason....but people see the stats and say oh Dez isn't catching. Dez is open at times and Dak not getting it to him.
And, let's get back to what the real problem always has been.
Jason Garrett doesn't do ANYTHING to help Dez get open. Imagine if the Giants just put ODB on one side of the field for every play. They don't move Dez around.
Because Garrett's philosophy is that it doesn't matter who gets the ball. That's why Cole Beasley gets so many passes.
This probably the worst ass whooping I seen since.....shit since that GB game that got Wade Phillips fired. All them dudes collectively quit except Lawrence who can't quit because he's in a contract year. It was one of those in disbelief ass whoopings. Like everybody including the coaches just was high in Colorado smoking the finest shit.
This L was on Jason Garrett. Y'all stopped running the ball early and made Dak throw a whole lot more than he's used to. Gave the Broncos defense an opportunity to exploit that and their offense kept your defense on the field much longer than you wanted. Garrett's clock management in the 2nd half was beyond ass too
Dak is limited, good defenses expose that. We face more good defenses this year, will be interesting. Dez hasn't fallen off...he has a QB that's not ready & a coach that don't know how to use him.
There's a long list of teams and QBs that went to Denver and got handled by that Defense - including Brady.
But also, let me say this, the main thing Romo did was be the offensive coordinator. We saw what this offense looked like without Romo changing all the plays.

Good road win against a pretty good defense, but Dez's numbers and total offense yards are a little concerning.
Cowboys have a rack of #2 and #3 receivers, and no true #1. When Rico Gathers returns and Irving/dB's on defense, they should be better.

Yeah, schedule is hard. Have to take it week by week.
This boy Xavier Woods is a playmaker. Him and Jourdan Lewis......that secondary got some fire to it. Taco just is some ways away.
Dez is the #1. Teams not putting Pat Peterson, Janoris Jenkins and Aqib Talib on him because he's just aight. He's still a threat. Dak is just a different quarterback. Even today.....he's getting to Dez after the play breaks up and he has to improvise. That's when he and Dez will have success. They gonna have their red zone success but Dak is a guy who's going to the open guy. Dez isn't going to look open when Dak needs him to be.
Cowboys offensive lineman might be a bit overrated, but still top 5. I have never seen Cowboys play a good defensive game without Sean Lee, he is underrated.
They need to win 3 out of the next 4 to have a shot at the division, and need to steal that Packers game. Playoff teams do not lose back to back home games.
Maybe Irvin will make a big impact next week.

This year the offensive line has gone to shit. They are trying to get that chemistry back but as of now it's not there. They better get this shit together and soon because it's gonna get ugly.

I'm not gonna blame him. He doesn't coach the defense or offense. Offensive line gotta get better. Zeke getting hit in the backfield every play. They gotta play better. I wouldn't trip if Garrettt was replaced but I can't blame him solely for yesterday.
They got rid of their whole secondary....everyone talking about it can't get any worse...yeah it can. We one of the youngest teams in the league. We playing like it. I like their potential. Just gotta sit here and take the bumps on defense and control the clock.
We should be ok once Sean Lee and Hitchens come back...and David Irving is back. Need to make that run now.

Everyone is performing.....This is what happens when you have a young team. You are inconsistent and struggle.
Dez routes are fine. He's limited but he's fine. Dak can't get him the ball. It is what it is.
Packers-Cowboys game is a great one.
