Official 2014 NBA Playoffs thread

They don't score enough and they are no where as big as Indiana, plus they are way to slow to keep up with a team that knows how to pass and attack the paint.. They just look so good because OKC makes it easy on them with no half court game and no one to attack the paint..

Memphis is bigger than Indiana....U think gasol and zach are small dudes???? compared to hibbert and west??If anything Memphis is bigger.....and longer on the perimeter with Prince and tony allen.

Half court game thats memphis strength not miami....U beat miami by pounding them in the PAINT area....Memphis is perfect team for that.....They can throw tony allen and prince at slumping wade and ray allen. Memphis is strong in the paint...On defense and offense.

They do, but LeBron and Wade will run all over Memphis' perimeter D. Unlike OKC the Heat have an elite defence which will cause t/o and fast break points.

I agree Lebron will be a problem.....I think tony allen and prince will slow wade down especially if he is hurt. and I also think Zach can handle chris bosh......I mean we know the heat want to turnover and run.....But i think Memphis is savvy and has enough veterans to handle the pressure of miami defense.Memphis can control the tempo of the game with their big men...

Whats Miami record against memphis this year?

I don't know. I don't see it. His game is fit for the two and three. What throwing them off is a true 1.

what's throwing them off is a coach.

westbrook averaged damn near 7 assists a game.

their coach is an idiot who demands 1 on 1 play instead of team ball. there's a reason when wesbtrook isn't in jackson plays the exact same way. they're nowhere near the same player but they're coached exactly the same.

Like seriously Memphis ---->

I don't know. I don't see it. His game is fit for the two and three. What throwing them off is a true 1.

He turns over the ball too much playing the three plus he don't pass well enough for a three, its not a big deal in the regular season, but it shows up big during the playoffs.. Note he knows how to pass once trapped, but most big men know how to do that..

OKC got lucky, I thought Conley's shot was going down

and Westbrook threw his legs out to get that foul

neither is lebron

but it would allow them to go small for stretches..No way Randolph would be able to guard KD...buckets or free throws

any rate this is all elementary....Durant hits the shots he normally hits then this is a moot point

Lebron is bigger or just as big than most fours.

There isn't a strength issue with Lebron.

Compare him to some other fours in the league, David Lee, Ibaka, David West
