Dallas can have Dwill

Large do you see what I meant??

C commander??

ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

This is why I said the Nets aren't rebuilding THEY ARE TOO DESPERATE TO WAIT

OK so I a few days back I hear that supposedly Danny Ferry was going to blow up the Hawks. I was expecting Joe Johnson to get amnestied.

It's too early to amnesty him. He's still 80 million on that contract he signed. If they did it now they'd probably come out of it owing him at least 45 million to play elsewhere.

Nah we need no parts of Joe Johnson in the try state area

Marshawn would instantly be the man on the ATL hawks tho

Joe is not bad as a fit, he is just a salary cap nightmare:smh:. If you could get him for may 4 million a year cheaper it would be a great deal.

Multiple league sources believe the Nets are losing hope they can pry Howard out of Orlando, and are working diligently to construct a roster to keep Williams that doesn't necessarily give them the financial flexibility to absorb Howard when he can become a free agent next year. If the Magic do eventually make a deal for Howard – something that they haven't shown an inclination yet to do under new general manager Rob Hennigan – the Nets would be stocked with the kind of expensive veteran contracts that wouldn't appeal to Orlando's blueprint for rebuilding.

Looks like Dwill has told the nets to stop worrying about dwight

Daryl Morey isn't playing. The Hornets are the right team to try this with. Youth is probably the way to go for them depending on who's offered and they may not want to lose too much cap space to keep Gordon.

Only way that can happen is if he gets amnestied.

Joe Johnson?

With that contract?

Really Dwill?

Come to Dallas

The Nets organization is clueless

They keep showing us that

Legion Sports ‏@MySportsLegion
Deal would NOT include second year player MarShon Brooks, thank goodness.

Legion Sports ‏@MySportsLegion
As or source tells me, Nets would send Jordan Farmar, Johan Petro & a sign and trade w/either Humphries or Wallace (both FA’s) for Johnson.

wait wait wait

so the Nets trade all their expiring contracts for Joe Johnson????
So wait brooks becomes the first guy off the bench?

This is getting crazy now they are saying this deal is to force Dwight to make a trade

so in the end

the line up is

Dwill
JJ
Wallace

Lopez

WHO THE FUCK IS THE PF?????

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO makes sense

This is three team trade

Dwight Howard met with new Orlando Magic GM Rob Hennigan Friday, telling him he wants to be traded to the Brooklyn Nets, according to sources with knowledge of the situation.

Howard and Hennigan sat down face-to-face in Los Angeles, meeting for the first time since Hennigan became Orlando's GM nearly two weeks ago.

Howard
Hennigan was noncommital when Howard told him he wants to be traded to Brooklyn, sources said.

Hennigan did not tell Howard whether he would or would not trade him. His intentions were merely to hear the thoughts of the Magic superstar.

Howard picked up the option for the final year of his contract with Orlando on March 15. But since then he has grown increasingly disgruntled with the organization, even telling people close to him that he feels the Magic blackmailed him into signing the "opt-in" clause.

Howard shared his feelings of being blackmailed by the Magic with the NBA players' association last week, sources said. He, either himself or through his representatives, approached the union wondering if he might have a legal complaint against the club.

The goal of such a complaint would be to eliminate his "opt-in," thereby allowing Howard to become a free agent this summer.

Sources said the union has no plans to pursue any such legal action against the Magic.

Friday was not the first time Howard asked the Magic to trade him. In December, before the lockout-shortened season began, he asked Orlando to trade him to the Nets.

Howard never rescinded his trade offer, even after picking up his option on the day of the trade deadline.

After undergoing surgery on his back in April, Howard asked then-Magic GM Otis Smith to trade him to Brooklyn, according to sources. Smith said he would seek a trade, but the Magic fired Smith shortly after the season ended.

so wait Orlando gets Josh Smith we gotta take JJ and Dwight?

that means we are letting Brook Lopez walk

Doesn't makes sense.

Orlando gets Josh Smith and ATL picks

Atla gets rid of JJ big contract

the Nets get Dwight and JJ???

WHAT

how the fuck a team FORCE you to OPT-IN?
key words being force/blackmail & opt as in player option. Player motherfucking option.
