quit sugar, though I wish I had done so earlier...
I do not eat donuts, cake or drink soda... I just
had a breafast of poached egg-white omlette with
no oil employed, green mud which I blend from
kiwi, spinanch, lime, strawberries and root ginger;
Tell me where I am going wrong. My omletter was
made in the microwave with a homemade stuffing
of cilantro, tomato and onions....
If you drink. Coffe once a week you do drugs once a week

before he could function. The coffee
grown in my country is what they
call 100% Arabica, and it is the
strongest possible coffee. I drink
instant Nescafe, at that 2 or 3 times
