Obama had a choice to make, and only he could make it.
Being possibly the first black president in the most racist country in the free world has a high price.
He found out what that price was today. He was faced with a choice....keep it REAL....or keep it Presidential. He couldn't do both. He tried that for 2 months, they wouldn't leave him alone. The presidential bill collectors kept calling and he HAD to make a decision.
Do I tell these krakkkas to kiss my ass...that's my Pastor and I'm not denouncing him, and say fuck the Presidency? Or do I relent, and say what they wanted me to say all along...I denouce my Pastor, because its the ONLY way I will be President?
Fam....Rev. Wright did Obama a favor. But it won't be seen like one for a long time. He gave Obama no choice but to denounce him, because playing the fence wasn't going to work, and Wright knew it. Wright couldn't let Obama flounder out there like that....he had to suck up the press and the attention. He had to make Obama come after him.
Remember, fam. There ain't no President of the Black United States. There is only the President of the United States. You ain't gonna be elected as Presdient of a country that is 72% White as a Black man, without White people being DAMN sure you ain't going to put that fist up in the air during the inauguration. Obama had that fist half way up for the last couple of months, but today he had to put it down. That was the choice, and that was the price.
Was it worth it? Time will tell. Depends on who you ask. We Black people are a very loyal people, and we do see the big picture. Obama represents something that is bigger than himself, and he had, and will have to make choices that are bigger than him and what he believes.
Obama knows what's up, Rev. Wright knows what's up, black people know what's up. The joke is actually on the Amerikkkan media machine. You'll see....
