I think Rev. Wright needs to realize anything he says will be used as ammunition against Obama! good or bad they (white people/america) still can't let go of what was said at first. Even though i agree with what Rev. Wright had to say i think he doesn't realize that the only reason he is getting any spotlight is because of Obama, and he will eternally linked to Obama. i think he should have at least waited since he waited this long to speak.

If you look at things objectively you would see that it's not Whites vs. Obama but rather The Pro-Establishment vs. The Pro-Change. That's why the whole Wright issue is being taken out of proportion because the Pro-Establishment are using it as their proof that Obama is not fit to be president. People want Wright to be quiet not because he's Black and preaches truth, but because everything he says will be used against Obama. It has nothing to do with race and everything to do with "Hold your tongue for a few minutes so we can get this brother in office." The people for the establishment want to prove that Obama is a radical and their proof is his allegiance to Wright. Now my mom used to tell me if someone calls you a nigg*r don't act a fool and prove them right and the same concept applies here. If someone calls you a radical don't get on TV and prove them right just tell them they are wrong, show proof of the contrary, and then sit down and STFU. Lastly, If you want to know why White people react negatively towards you, you should start by looking in the mirror. Going around calling people crackers isn't the way to get respect. You have the mentality that all Whites are racist so whenever you approach one with your stank attitude and they respond likewise it only proves your skewed perception of the world right.

Obama has led and is still leading in the polls, most of his support comes from whites, so obviously whites like him. The real test for America is going to be in the general election, now maybe im a little naive, but i don't see the country voting For a Bush clone like Mccain, just because Obama is black, i just don't see it, and there is no incentive to believe. Are Americans sheep? sure they are, Do Americans constantly vote against there Interest? yes they do. But the stakes in this election are greater than any other election in the past couple decades. Its simple, Either vote for the republicans who will get us into WW3 and make the economy even worse, or vote for the democrats who will hopefully try and make shit better.
