Nevada is a caucus state so the voting is done in the open and people see who's voting for whom.

Excellent point!!! And remember, he won the 1st and only caucas style primary. The unions are relentless, when they are fired up! Remember, Obama is one of them, he used to be a community organizer in Chicago--he was arm and arm with the unions from jump! As Ming suggested though, let's hope they do what they are supposed to do...

I'm not falling for that shit again :lol::lol:
werd, son. cautions optimism peeking it's head around corner...slightly.

Quick thought: What if Hillary's win was actually a blessing for Obama? Meaning, what if unions and backers who were straddling the fence saw Hillary's win last night and said - "Oh F*** no!" What if the lost lit a fire under their collective wavering behinds? Not getting hyped up. Just a thought.

Props to the Culinary Workers Union! Thats a huge voting bloc in a caucas. I thought for sure they wasn't going to endorse Obama after his N.H. lost.
YES WE CAN!!!

That's a very good point. Sometimes when you're up in the polls, the casual voter has a tendancy to relax and perhaps feel like they don't have to go vote cause he's so far ahead. Lets do like the Patriots and keep workin'till the end of the game despite the score!!

"Not falling for that shit" doesn't mean to throw in the towel Fam.

We just have to be positive, keep discussing with people but still keeping in mind that people DO have two corners to their mouths.

Doesn't mean everyone is "double-talking".

I think everyone on this board, for the most part, who saw all the polling coming into NH were confident that Obama would at least win. Forget the margin. For all that data to be sooooooo wrong no one is trying to get set up. That's all. Again, cautiosly optimistic, not overly confident at this stage.

This loss just proves Obama has to work hard to get in. aint no white gonna just let a brotha get in office we got to work hard for that shit. So good job by the Obama camp. Obama 08

If Obama can pull off a win in Nevada then it means no one can really tell about traditionally republican and traditionally racist states.

And that is a good thing. It means change is happening NOW.

Co Sign. White women will cry when they're up against it and everything seems to be crumbling on them. That's how they get the sympathy vote. This happens everytime, that's why Hillary pulled it. Damnnnnnnnnnnn!!!!!!!!!!:smh::

I'm definitely not saying that. My point was I'm not falling for the polling shit again. It obviously has NO merit. It was wildly inaccurate for NH.

Here is the issue I have. NO ONE attacked her for it. I mean for real. The media didn't say "There's no crying in politics". they played it up like it was a raw human moment. That S*** was scripted and overtly disingenuous. Instead of saying: "she almost brokedown", they spun it like it was the ultimate human moment for here and it was long overdue. What type of Bull S*** is that?!?

Barak, can't and won't openly blast her for that, but I am more than disturbed that the media did not come down hard on that stunt 4real.

That is what pisses me off..the media spin.... they were even calling this a great moment in U.S. political history... can you believe that shit:confused::confused::smh:

Good point.

With the exception of Las Vegas. Nevada, up around the Reno area is pretty much a conservative state. However, Obama could do well here if the Union doesn't get cold feet and or the campaign doesn't get tripped up with it's position of not allowing special interest to run roughshod over Washington. You can be sure, it will become an issue.

Aint' that some S***! This chick has been an android for 35 years of politics. The campaign on the ropes, the "inevitable" president card appearing to be ripped up and then the tears come on cue - out of desperation. That was not a great moment. It was actually low and pathetic. I don't hate her or dislike her at all. I just hate the fact that she feels "entitled" to the presidency and is a dastardly politician to pull that move.

The good news is, that bitch cannot run the crying game again. She got away with it once but to pull that shit again will spell real trouble because most will see it as bullshit. Now, the exception being, if bill throws his ass under the bus and fake getting caught up with some hoe, real or imagined. Then hillary comes up with, "I'm working so hard and I'm trying to forgive him and I just can't take it" boo hoo, bullshit tearflow. In which case she gets to play the victim again.

Good to see Obama supporters have learned a lesson about media spin and polls. Now put New Hampshire in your rear view mirror and move on.

One thing y'all can do is temper your attacks on Clinton relating to her gender. Keep your misogynistic tendencies under wraps or you'll keep bleeding support from women. If you don't you can kiss the nomination goodbye and be forever known as the neantherdal wing of the Democratic party.

I've heard quite a few people announce their support for Obama today.

BTW this isn't a presidential election, you are awarded a number of delegates in the primary. Edward's has already shown that he's leaning toward Obama. If Edward's teams up with Obama for a position then Obama will take the ticket.

This is great news. I've become extremely passionate about the campaign to get Obama elected and have donated to the point where it hurts, including lots of volunteer work.. I'm going put it on the line for this brother for this is the best chance we have ever had of getting a black man elected. This opportunity literally only comes once in a lifetime and we need to act now.

I hope I'm not the only one that feels this way.
