REAL foriegn policy and dealing experience
Has run a system of delegating authority similar to a presidential structure...


hell even Mccain couldn't compete with that..

I meant when Powell was considered a viable candidate, not now.

So it'd more likely be versus Bill Clinton.

And as a Republican. (I don't think anyone has ever suggested Powell as a Democrat.)
