Democrat Barack Obama's campaign is running an ad during the Super Bowl tonight on local Fox affiliates in 23 states and the District of Columbia. All hold contests Feb. 5, Feb. 9, Feb. 10 or Feb. 12.
The ad is a pastiche of uplifting lines from Obama rallies, ending with: "The world as it is, is not the world as it has to be."
