Oatmeal Energy Balls. Healthy and Tasty treat to snack on that's packed with protein.
Ingredients
1 cup dry oatmeal 2/3 cup chopped toasted almonds 3/4 cup organic almond butter 1/2 cup ground flaxseed 1/2 cup organic granola 1/2 cup chocolate chips 1/3 cup organic honey 1 Tbsp. chia seeds 1 tsp. vanilla extract Directions Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed. Roll into balls of whatever size you would like. Cover and let chill in the refrigerator for an hour. Once chilled, store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
