    About 3-4 years ago, I saw a news report on TV that hurt my heart and ticked me off at the same time. I don't remember which borough or the name of the NYCHA complex - residents didn't have any running water and some of them were using a fire hydrant to wash their meat and chicken. . I couldn't believe my eyes. Our people were being treated like second-class citizens, because you know for damn sure that would not have happened in the suburbs.
