An NYPD rookie got down and dirty at a raucous holiday bash for her Bronx precinct — giving her lieutenant a raunchy caught-on-video lap dance at the wild event, according to footage and sources.
The not-so-Finest moment infuriated department higher-ups, who have now launched an investigation into Thursday’s incident — and already booted the lieutenant to Transit, sources told The Post.
The newbie female cop is seen in the seamy footage wearing a checkered black-and-white miniskirt, black cut-off tank top and black knee-high boots as she grinds on top of 44th Precinct Lt. Nick McGarry in the Yonkers bar, according to law-enforcement sources and several videos.
“Oh, my God!’’ someone in the crowd shouts.
The married grinning higher-up sits in his chair in the middle of the crowd — at times resting his hands on his sexy underling’s thighs — as she shakes her booty against his groin and some people cheer.

At one point, she straddles the lieutenant from the front, cupping his neck with her arm with her skirt hiked up, revealing black undies, as an onlooker playfully hands him a wad of cash.
The lieutenant stands up afterward and hugs the woman.
McGarry, who lives with his wife in the city’s northern suburbs, “knows he f–ked up,” a police source said.
“Messing with your subordinate is a no-no on the job,” the source said.
“[The rookie cop] doesn’t know any better because she just came on the job. I can’t even tell you how many times they tell incoming supervisors that.
“It sets a bad precedent,’’ the source said of McGarry’s alleged actions.
Invite. The holiday party took place at Rory Dolan’s bar in Yonkers.Facebook
Two videos caught the female officer showing off her sexy moves to the lieutenant, while the third captured her on the dance floor behind another patron, who is bent over.
The identity of the female officer could not be immediately confirmed.
McGarry has already been booted to Transit District 12, sources said.
The precinct party occurred at Rory Dolan’s bar, sources said.
Some patrons of the watering hole, which is popular with local pols and cops, were disgusted by the scene.
“To be honest with you, at a family restaurant, that shouldn’t be happening,’’ said a customer who only gave his first name, Elias. “But what can you do?”
A waitress at the bar said, “Ewww’’ when shown the video.
But some customers said they see nothing wrong with the sexy display.
“That’s the whole point of a Christmas party — you let yourself go,” said patron Mark D.
Another customer, Mark D., called the incident “crazy.
“[But] that’s what Christmas parties are all about,” she said.
Both officers’ phones went unanswered and were not taking messages Sunday.
A rep for the NYPD only said the department was looking into the incident.
The Lieutenants Benevolent Association and the Police Benevolent Association declined to comment.

I don’t see how bamas put themselves in positions like this especially at work functions. If there wasn’t any video or photos of this encounter I am sure this lady would play the victim card whenever she deems it appropriate. She would be a victim and homeboi would lose job. This is totally inappropriate anyway. Why put yourself in harms way.

Who ever recorded it probably had that in mind.

She most likely was acting a fool earlier in the night acting inappropriate.

Somebody eventually got the idea that if she wakes up in the morning, butt naked full of cum with no memory of the night before and tries the “Cover My Ass” victim defense. They got a video confirmation to protect their ass.

Yeah, it’s fucked up. But what other option does a man have in that type of situation after he tells her No.

Yeah, but if she is drunk that’s still a no-go. When it comes to sex. That’s considered rape :smh: in some instances. I wouldn’t even get caught up and entertain those shenanigans.

True….she can cry rape, which usually happens in situations where the woman gets herself fully intoxicated and wants to blame everybody else for her mistakes.

When that happens it becomes a “He Said/She Said” incident and it always goes in the woman’s favor.

But if there is video evidence of her behaving like a damn idiot on her own free will, it’s next to impossible for her to use it as a defense.

She is a grown adult woman over the age of 21. If video evidence shows her getting alcohol on her own and acting a fool, it’s all on her and nothing she says is going to protect her.

The furious wife of the NYPD lieutenant caught on video getting a raunchy lap dance from an underling went berserk on a reporter Monday — as the twerking cop’s dad blasted the married boss, saying he “should know better.”
A red-faced Lt. Nick McGarry had to physically hold back his fuming wife outside their home in New Windsor in Orange County when asked about The Post’s front-page story on the wild video of the rookie cop grinding in his lap.
“F–k you!” McGarry’s wife, Melissa McGarry, seethed while trying to charge at a Post reporter and photographer.
She was restrained by her hubby, who told her, “It’s not worth it, get back in the car” as she continued to spit obscenities.
“There are other things to worry about in this world!” the wife added.
As the couple drove away from their home in Orange County, the wife took her hands off the steering wheel, flipped off the reporter with both hands and screamed, “F–k you! F–k you! F–k you!” one last time.

Meanwhile, McGarry — who was immediately bounced from the 44th Precinct to the Transit Bureau over the steamy video — seemed to have also landed in the crosshairs of the rookie’s father.
“She told me, ‘Daddy, I make some mistake,’ ” the dad told The Post on Monday. ” ‘I’m very embarrassed about what I did. I embarrassed you and my family.’ “

He said his daughter is “frustrated” over the ordeal.
“She cried and cried,” the dad continued. “She is young. … He is married, the lieutenant. He should know better. I am going to sue them.”
The video shows McGarry grinning, both hands on his sexy underling’s thighs, as she twerks on top of his groin.

The NYPD rookie filmed giving her lieutenant a raunchy lap dance at their Bronx precinct holiday party has been identified — and she describes herself as a “highly motivated and determined individual.”
Vera Mekuli, 26, who only joined the force in February, was caught on camera grinding on top of 44th Precinct Lt. Nick McGarry in the Yonkers bar last Thursday.
Before joining the NYPD ranks, Mekuli worked as a real estate agent in the Big Apple, the Daily Mail reported.
On her now-deleted LinkedIn profile, Mekuli described herself as a “highly motivated and determined individual.”
“I tend to go after what I want and I don’t stop until I get it. If I am to fail. I pick myself up and try again,” her LinkedIn bio said.
“Success does not come without failure. I’ve learned at a very young age that success/wealth/opportunities isn’t just given or handed to you, it is earned; earned by hard work and time you put in.
“I have tackled every task, every obstacle, that came before me. I like helping others and I always put others before myself.”

Ex-cop says NYPD boss raped her ‘nearly every game day’ at Yankee Stadium: suit

A retired NYPD cop assigned to the cushy Yankee Stadium detail says her captain raped her “nearly every game day” for a year at the ballpark, according to a new lawsuit.
Gillian Roberts says that Capt. Jeffrey Brienza, her boss at the 44th Precinct, even changed her schedule to make sure he would have more time with her, her suit filed in Bronx Supreme Court said.
When she denied his advances or tried to avoid him, Brienza turned hostile, leveraging his power as her boss to give her undesirable posts and showing open hostility, according to the complaint.
The situation turned so grave, the former cop says, she “felt that she was no longer there to perform the duties of a police officer, but to provide unconsented sex to the Captain.”

Brienza is now stationed at the 25th Precinct, according to the suit and online databases.
Roberts worked as an officer in Long Island City and Queens for more than 20 years before she transferred to the Yankee Stadium detail in March 2020. At her new and more desirable assignment, Brienza “almost immediately” began to show her preferential treatment and was “overly attentive,” the suit says.
Roberts, a black woman, was uncomfortable with the dynamic and felt “trapped” but felt she had no recourse, according to court papers.

“Brienza purposefully and with premeditation manipulated Ms. Roberts for the purpose of getting her to believe that he was there for her, and tactfully worked on gaining her trust,” her lawyers say.
Brienza allegedly isolated her from other officers, took full control of her schedule and made Roberts his personal driver, which she claims was both unusual and unprecedented.
The first alleged assault took place at the end of a shift in June 2020, when Brienza went into the women’s restroom while Roberts was using it, and forced her to have unprotected oral and vaginal sex, Roberts alleges. After she yelled “No!,” Brienza allegedly yelled “Yes!,” placing his hands around her neck and ejaculating inside of her, the filing says.

After the first assault, Brienza “became even more possessive,” she alleges, and continued to rape her “nearly every game day” and “most non-game days when they were on duty at the same time when he would arrange for them to be alone.” If she spoke out, Brienza threatened to ruin her career.
The complaint also claims that Brienza commanded Roberts to stop at specific locations when driving home, where he would meet her, get in her vehicle and orally rape her.
Roberts also says the other officers on the elite detail turned on her, calling her the “Captain’s girl,” which made her feel like she couldn’t count on other cops to defend her if a dangerous situation arose.
In September 2021, Roberts reached out to the Internal Affairs Bureau about the alleged abuse, which launched an investigation. She then took an early retirement from the force on Nov. 30, 2021, even though she would have liked to stay on the job longer.

“Before she worked at the Stadium Detail putting on her uniform was the best moment of Plaintiff’s day, as she was proud that as an officer she was able to help a lot of people,” the complaint says, emphasizing that the alleged serial rapes caused her severe mental distress, harmed her physically and destroyed her career.
A spokesperson for the city’s Law Department said it will review the complaint when it’s served.
“The incident is under internal review,” said police spokesman Sgt. Edward Riley.
Lawyers for Roberts did not return a request for comment and The Post was unable to reach Brienza by phone Wednesday.

The NYPD rookie caught on tape giving her lieutenant a bawdy lap dance at their precinct holiday party apologized to her boss and his wife — as she insisted that the video wouldn’t have gone viral “had it been a man doing it.”
“I feel like just because, mainly — I’m a female, dressed the way I was, being a rookie ‚— things were different,” Vera Mekuli told TMZ. “Had it been a man doing it, I feel like it would have been more of a joking matter and it would have stayed in-house versus go public the way it did with me.”
Mekuli, 26, “had no knowledge” her superior was married and is “truly sorry” for the consequences of the lap dance, which prompted police brass to reassign 44th Precinct Lt. Nick McGarry to subway patrol, she said.
“I do want to apologize to the lieutenant’s wife. You know, I am sorry, truly I am and I really hope it didn’t cause too much damage in the marriage or in your personal life,” she said. “I know it’s been rough. I’ve been seeing the articles and I’ve been seeing pictures of new guys all over the newspapers as well as mine. It wasn’t meant to be like this. I really had no knowledge of your marriage.”

McGarry’s wife Melissa McGarry went berserk on a reporter on Monday and had to be restrained by her husband when asked about The Post’s front-page story on the wild video of the rookie cop grinding in his lap.
No official disciplinary action was taken against Mekuli, a Bronx native who started with the NYPD in February. Mekuli said she feels remorse over the impact on McGarry’s career.
“It was supposed to be for fun, sh— and giggles,” she said. “I feel like I’ve completely ruined, I guess, his picture as a lieutenant, as a boss. I know it doesn’t look good on him at all. But I do apologize.”
She told TMZ she is “the life of the party when it comes down to it,” and late into her precinct’s holiday party was “dared” by her coworkers to give a lap dance. She then “grabbed the lieutenant, sat him down” and “did the lap dance,” she recalled.
Mekuli said her bosses at the precinct “feel bad” about the incident and allowed her to work from home this week.
“I would love to go back. It’s hard. I feel like there’s just judgment and shame that shouldn’t be there,” she said through tears. “I feel like I shouldn’t be judged, or anything of that sort because of the lap dance that I did when I was off duty not in uniform.”
