No disrespect but as far as the gang aspect goes, Chicago never emulated emulated anyone. Gangs have been around since the dawn of time (tribes etc.) but Chicago originated the organization of criminal activity through gangs...known here as MOBS which in my opinion is nothing to be proud of..just stating facts.
