Skiboky Stora, 40, was arrested Wednesday. According to police, Stora allegedly randomly attacked Halley Kate while she was walking on near Seventh Avenue near 17th Street Monday.

It might not be fake but the whole thing did seem fake. And then showing that black dude in one part, he would have to be trying to get shot or something.

- Evidence of his guilt is documented on camera
- He’ll be released on his own recognizance
- Someone will lose their life at this man’s hands
- People will ask “how could this happen?”
- MAGAT’s will act as if he don’t represent them
