It looks like this U.S. Nazi program ran brazenly in front of the United Nations is being shut down. I don't have a problem with this police tactic, just apply it evenly against everybody.

1. Increase the clearance rate of murders and hiring detectives. Many people that kill or commit crimes are serial offenders that commit a string of crimes before being caught. Convicting them for their first murder will bring crime down. A perfect example is Aaron Hernandez that played in the NFL, committed multiple murders before being caught.
2. Crime Prevention Programs. Helping developers design building that are safer by providing input and knowledge of crime. Help low income areas install cameras and security systems that can deter crime, provide financial assistance.
3. Conflict Resolution Program.
4. Lower Property taxes for building or homes with security systems or cameras since they will deter crime and require less resources of the city.
