See, out my way that's called, "a self-help eviction" and it is an "arrestable" offense!!! And now that I think about it, I wonder what's the bail, if any??? Let's say you take the hit on the arrest and bail is $100. Shyyytttt, it may be damn near worth it to regain physical possession of your property than to continue being fuk'ed over by the tenants!!!
