This could be trouble for Zohran. Leftists need to stop shitting on Dems and doing their victory lap and start trying to coalition build.
If Cuomo voters stay with him and he gets some support from Republicans that don't want a socialist in charge, Cuomo could still win.
Yeah that's what's expected but here's the thing....republicans/maga gonna be funding Eric Adam's who's running as an independent or republican and if Cuomo runs as an independent they'll split the vote and make it easier for Zohran Kwame Mondahni to win..

The Zohran win is good in my opinion cause it scared the Republicans and Democrats sh*tless.
Cuomo had this backup plan from jump though. Apparently Dems were begging him not to run if he lost this round.
Most didn't think Zohran would be this successful. I dont think you want to piss off THAT sizeable base either.
I was actually surprised so many different candidates did link up because of the rank voting. That should ne a good thing moving forward. A unified Democratic block in NYC the next few years would be SERIOUS.
Of course the perfect scenario is for the democrats to FINALLY link up and listen to their base and mobilize accordingly. With ONE agreed upon candidate.
