and to Atom, ancient Egyptians were every bit as African as any other Africans.

The only disarray was in your mother's wretched sarcophagus of a womb at your conception.

An you should not be shocked to find your trailer trash wife and sister standing on corners in heels next to a well dressed black man. It's just your life.

Now you arm chair fight back by trying to discredit Ancient BLACK African accomplishments.

GTFO!

I did note earlier: the color Egyptians depicted themselves changed to the reddish orange tones, closer to the European and/or Semite. That seems to suggest a good deal of mixing or a sea change in who was/became the dominant ruling class ... or a bit of both.

I have no doubt that the history we have is flawed in many ways and for many reasons. I have an open mind to your info.

I'd like to add that with the Semites being depicted as a lighter color one could conclude that at least during the time of Moses (maybe even earlier like the time of Joseph) the ruling class might have been, or were becoming, that Semetic color since they took Moses in and he passed for Egyptian. (Or so the Bible implies)

I swear every time I see the title of this thread out of the corner of my eye I think someone is calling me out on some shit I "misspoke" in the past then realization comes to me a split second later that it's about Africa. Believe it or not, I was totally intimidated and would not even click on the thread so I'm looking at the vid for the first time. To the OP, thank you.

No, I'm not of Nubian origin. Not that I know of

When you say quote a picture out of context do you mean in relation to what period the pic was made in or more like its depiction of the regular people and not that of the ruling class? I think the picture it trying to convey the very point being made. I believe that I've seen that picture in Ivan Van Sertima's Book "Blacks In Science". This seems to be a general picture that seem to show this type of depiction. The older the art the more you see this being depicted in this manner in Egyptian art with darkskin people being shown.

pure genius - that has to be one of the most genius statements I've heard so far this year

I mean lets face it - it does take some genius to realize that what's been documented over centuries is not going to be 100% accurate to what really went down for various reasons - well done man

the main point that you need to understand is that dynastic egypt was not the begining of something - its only the end of something a lot bigger - it precipitated from a much larger sumerian empire

I don't see it as genius so much as just common sense. The recording of ancient history is full of gaps. I wouldn't be surprised that one of the reasons researchers can't find certain kingdoms or palaces is because the kingdoms or palaces aren't in the "country proper" they are searching, but in a neighboring country/land that such and so king took over and so for a time moved his operations to that area to oversee the subjugation.

This sounds kinda like what you are talking about with Menes, and the similarity of the Menes name found in other nation/states.

Altho, as I suggested earlier in your other thread, the similarity could be due to it being a title and/or attribute bestowed upon a leader. Maybe even a sir-name of a family and so the similarity is due to a "related" family of rulers. There is also a possiblity of the name being co-opted like Ceasar was and then transliterated into Tzsar or Sire, down to even Sir.

I don't see it as genius so much as just common sense...
when common sense isnt so common anymore then the littlest idea with the slightest credibility becomes genius - in other words in the land of the blind the one-eyed man/woman becomes king/queen

this is the very line of thinking that was used to deduce that the biblical kings david and solomon were mos def more pharaohs ruling from the nile delta in tanis - lower egypt - and also the kings of israel  - israel and egypt are only separated by a small piece of desert land - the sinai penninsula - you can walk right across from egypt into israel and back

and that their burial tombs could have been found in the valley of the kings in the west bank of the nile in luxor and the artefacts could have been moved into the cairo museum

the same way of thinking was used to deduce that bathsheba was the same lady who was later called the queen of sheba - you may think its common sense but you'd be very surprised at people

wear your genius badge with pride

I know whenever I'd look at old maps that show the areas of control Egyptian, Sumerian, Greeks, Rome, Ottomans, Moors, etc. etc. had before and after conquests I'd always ask myself, "Well, how did they keep control of the areas captured/won unless they moved their own onto it, replaced the leaders with loyalists and/or removed the inhabitants by exodus or death."

The nation of Israel's God used this tactic several times where they would be "enslaved" for a time and then released. For example their elites were removed and taken back to Babylon after a war with them as if under the direction of the Israelite's God. But for what? Punishment? Indoctrination/RE-Indoctrination? To teach/train the courts of Babylon? Why were they really there? Because they weren't jailed ... they lived in their own communities and held positions of power in Babylonian court. Only to be permitted to go and reclaim their homeland by their conquers.

Something strange there. There could be a connection to what you have suggested about royal leaders trying to usurp another. Really strange stuff.

nothing is what it seems in that whole region - these guys had possession of esoteric knowledge the transfer or hiding of which might cause some strange on-goings - but what would you suggest?

talking of strangely what do you make of the one going round about the movie Terminator 2: Judgement Day?!?

Biblically speaking of course ... If we start with Abram/Abraham: Long story short, God sends this family to start up a nation in a land already inhabited. (probably a rival God's domain) They act as herdsmen while there then move into Egypt. They get rich there, probably spying there also and then go back to the "promised land" after getting kicked out of Egypt. They still don't own the land, Abram/Abraham participates in a war to save his nephew who was captured in the city. (spying maybe still) While there Abram/Abraham pimps his wife out at least once more to another city's ruler. All the while waiting on God to deliver this "promised land."

It reads to me like this God was putting his pieces in the right places on the board and waiting for his moment to usurp another God's domain. Abram/Abraham was building up wealth, numbers and alliances/allegiances to himself and also his God most likely.

Maybe I'm reading it wrong, but it's just weird that God seems to be sneaking around. (one step forward, two steps back kinda moves)

oh I see your point - also the quran says abraham was an expert in astronomy - once again I think that when referring to these guys - these biblical patriarchs - within the context of egypt then it automatically requires that you place them in the realms of none other than the damned pharaohs themselves - no ifs - no buts!

reason being that in egypt the only people who had the audacity to communicate with the gods were the pharaohs - they were the intermediaries between the gods and the people - therefore when I read the bible go "And then God said to Abraham in egypt" - I automatically decode the socio-political standing of Abraham to be there with the priestly-kings of egypt!

...What about Terminator2?
 what?!? you aint heard?!? you aint seen the movie?!? - ummm - its some heavy shit - too heavy for even me - go see the movie man - I can't... I don't wanna believe it but I think... go watch the movie if you got the heart and come back and review what you see...

Okay, I watched it but I still don't get what you are refering to. I notice in the other thread you were posting a lot of movies with a similar theme. Aliens or A.I. under disguise as humans paving the way for the domination or extinction of mankind.

I'm sure tho since you were talking about paying attention to the dates referenced that you are speaking a little deeper than I'm getting it. So you might want to give me, and others interested, a few hints at what you're actually talking about.

I think you meant to post this ^ in the Nubia thread.
thx I did

nubians taken captive by egyptians and taking gold to egypt

nubian-tribute-huy_tomb.jpg

Nubian Gold
For centuries people knew that gold came from Nubia. When the Egyptians took over Nubia about 1450 BCE, they began searching to find where it came from. They discovered some gold near the Nile, but they found larger amounts in the desert far away from the Nile. The Egyptians sent many slaves to mine the gold. Many workers died because of the heat and lack of water.

The gold of Nubia made Egypt very rich. Egypt became so rich that the kings of other countries believed that gold was "as common as dust" there. Archaeologists think that most of the gold used in Tutankhmun's burial may have been mined in Nubia, since at that time most of the gold used in Egypt came from Nubia

The Golden Touch

In the deserts of Nubia, gold mines gave Egypt the unimaginable wealth that formed the real power behind the throne. The same gold also saw the start of a golden age for Egyptian art and architecture, as Pharaohs built magnificent temples and tombs for themselves and their families. Egypt's success and legacy owes a everything to those beneath the pharaohs. They sat at the top of society and kept everyone in the dark about everything.

The day someone figures out how to read the nubian language history shall be rewritten. Nubia is what BGOL pseudo black militants who are obsessed with religion should really pay attention to rather than Egypt. The nubians gave the egyptians their religion and knew better of it's origin than the egyptians. I cannot wait to read about Nubian history and learn who really was Nimrod and how he came to be a worldly figure

Herodotus (an ancient greek historian)said the exact thing man...preach man! That the so-called egyptians left Nubia. Cheikh Anta Diop showed proof that pyramids like the temple of Karnak were moved from Ethiopia and Libya and placed in Egypt. Man!

You guys are thinking outside the box. Race is a new European weapon developed to keep all peoples divided. Blacks in Africa had children with light skin, in Sudan the people have slanted asian-esque eyes. Black people can have children with white skin blond hair and blue/green eyes (Albinos)In Ethiopia they have red hair. In Senegal those Africans are blue-black but have straight hair. We as blacks have the genetics for all variations, hence the term "Father of Civilation" that Dr.Leaky
(A white genetisist) as well as Count Volney said. (Google it)

Just as a 2 black cats can have puppies that are black, grey, striped, spotted etc all in the same litter. Or two orange stripped tiger can have an "White Tiger" which is an albino. Or two black parents can have an albino, red, or as we call them a (high yella) child
So could they. And just as a black pharoah mother may have had an albino child or a light-skinned child, she loves her baby, that child is still royalitiy Hence the occasional euro or asian looking pharoah. Jut like a black cat wouldnt kill a kitten that she had because it was gray or stripped or whatever, but love and nurture it as its own, then why would the fathers of civilisation, the creators of science and math do that be real!
They didnt see race as we do now. Neither did the greeks who considered Ethiopia the home of the Gods and the birthplace of humanity.
Neither did the Roman who had many prominate generals, governors, consuls, senators and yes even emperors. They fought wars on ideologies, religious beliefs and for resources. If it was a racial thing the first christian church would never have been built in Africa by Saint Mark. Divide and conquer...Unite and Rule!
