I need a decent chair. Something comfortable but not that expensive.

On some real shit, Just get a decent office chair. No reason to break the bank.
Get on Reddit, Neogaf and YouTube and look at the setups to get some influence, many of the youtubers will have affiliate links and will tell you were to buy the items they are using.
Develop an idea of what you want to do, you know your house and it's dimensions, adjust for what you are trying to do.
Most of these sites have big gaudy setups as well as minimalist ones as well as everything in between.
