Noodle legs cannot support this weight

Where the fuck are his spotters?

Your right and where's his brains, where's his muscle? I doubt he's more than 180, trying to lift 300+.
There are people his size who can do that, but still at least have the cage set up to catch the weight if you fail.

I've seen small guys like him lift heavy too but I see no muscle on this guy, Easy B had it right in his thread title with noodle legs. I knew he was in trouble when he tried to step back. That dude is a danger to himself and anyone near him.

Bro that looks like those CrossFit plates...

I seriously doubt that's anywhere near 300 lbs...

That makes this fail even worse:smh:

He can't be a lifter.

1. He's got a pad on the bar which means he ain't got no traps.

2. He was unsteady on the liftoff and step back.

3. He's wearing sketchers!

Is the bar bending from weight or is it just curved like that for comfort..if that's the weight causing that bar to bend..

I doubt it's them cross fit joints

This fool was just biting off more than
.he could chew....

He gonna be feeling that pain for decades

Nah fam that bar ain't bent. That's the neck roll that's messed up. He didn't even put that on the bar right.

And those are CrossFit plates. Look at the thickness of the first two vs the last one on the bar. It's definitely smaller than the others. My guess is that's about 245 lbs...

The bar plus two 45lb plates is 225lbs, then those look like those 10lb plates on the ends... Add it up...245lbs
