This is simply one of the best films I've seen all year long! Story, Character development, plot, dialogue, etc. Top-fucking-notch!

I'm surprised you guys feel it was that strong. I thought it was better than the average movie, but not a Pulp Fiction type quality. I thought it had great dialogue, but was a little slow at times.

i really liked the ending. it was one of the most 'realistic' endings i've seen on a film.

all the plot twists in the film were ill as hell. i'm not gonna ruin it for folks, but i was in such a state of disbelief when the cop arrived at the hotel after the mexicans. i did not see that coming

I liked the book; I read it off the strength of the movie preview. The books ending put the rest of the story into perspective for me.

I co-sign on the illz of the air gun and yes, that was a silencer/adaptor for the 12 gauge he was toting. If you noticed, in keeping faithful to the mechanism, it also split and divided the buckshots once they exit the barrel. Yikes!

Good post fam. This film is damn near BRILLIANT. Something feels like Fargo - but overall is a full ten steps past that shit.

Good dialogue. Simple premise. Good editing, the pace prepares you for what's coming next - you just dont know WHEN OR HOW it's coming.
