My question is...if a woman wants us to understand what they say when they say it, why not just say what you mean?
Now if she doesn't want him to understand then it makes perfect sense

If anything, it's MALE bashing in the way it describes the nonsense that women have to deal with from men.
Fact is, ALL of those observations are legit. The words, phrases and gestures are certainly real. The spin on them is comedic (and reasonable).

What kind of rationale gymnastics did you have to perform to come to the conclusion that it's actually male bashing?
Some women may take offence at the implication that they can't say what they mean because they are women.
But, if as you say it's reasonable then by what barometer are you measuring gender bashing, or does it just come down to personal opinion.
