Well, at first I heard that Nicki's team / label was threatening suing music sites who did not pull down #Shether do to copyright violations. (ie. using Nicki's voice)
Then on Monday, I saw a shit-ton of video titles on YouTube claiming that Nicki filed an $8 or $10 million dollar lawsuit.
Never watched them shits, tho. I was done after hearing that shit.

An established MC with a huge following against an under ground rapper really does not need lyrics to win. A catchy song that gets major airplay in most cases will be enough to get the win pretty easily.
Many diss records had features. Some of the best diss records such has Hit em Up by Tupac had features
thats to causal fans/pop fans. i'm talking to real fans of the culture. i don't expect little girls that like nicki's pop hits to go against her. what's going to happen is her barbs are gonna ride for her regardless. and the rest will tell it like it is.

See lyrics are not going to win a rap battle. Lyrics are pretty much all an underground rapper has. The better song wins. A popular rapper can put out a good song with lesser lyrics and dominate a rap battle
