Nick Hogan Out of Jail Early! (Warning: Graphic Video & Pics Inside)

Nick Hogan, whose questionable driving skills left his passenger/pal and former Marine John Graziano needing medical care for the rest of his life, is officially out of jail.

Hogan pleaded no contest in May 2007 to reckless driving.

But his sentence got reduced and he was released from the Florida jail early Tuesday morning, into the capable custody of his sister Brooke Hogan

He could have been in the pen for up to five years. But Graziano's family requested a lesser sentence and he served 166 days of an eight-month sentence.

No word on where Nick's parents were. But click here to see Linda Hogan the day before Nick was released. Priceless.

And Linda did release a statement about her son: "Nick went into prison as a juvenile and has experienced something that will mold and affect him for the rest of his adult life. His focus is to make a positive difference in this world, media-free. Since his future actions will speak louder than any words, there is no need to speak to the media at this time."

Nick's license will be suspended for three years. He also has to do 500 hours of community service. But Nick's "actions" could also include spending time on that new reality show he has said he wants to star in.

He soon found someone who said he could arrange it. Over the next few months, they worked out the details in a dozen meetings in various public locales in Pinellas and Hillsborough counties.

They negotiated a price, to the penny: Graziano would hand over $1,100 in cash, a personal check for $1,000 and a gift card to Westshore Pizza for $13.06, authorities said.

The method of murder that authorities say Graziano wanted for his wife is eerily ironic, considering the fate of his son.

He wanted Debra to die in a car accident.

It could of just as easily been Hogan in the passenger seat. I used to race in my friends car and we would always ride along with each other because having a passenger balanced out the weight in the car.

The Iraq War veteran who suffered brain damage when Nick Hogan wrecked his car on August 26, 2007 was finally released from the hospital today.

John Graziano left the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital in Tampa today in the care of his mother, after doctors determined his condition had improved enough to go home, this according to TampaBay.com.

John -- who will still need 24-hour assistance -- fractured his skull when Hogan's car hit a palm tree in Clearwater, FL during a street race. Hogan spent five months in jail over the accident -- the Graziano's civil lawsuit against the Hogan family is still pending.

Not to sound to harsh but Nick's friend should of known the consequences of street racing; and he didn't need to be in the car.

But they both are to be held responsible; its just sad to say one's life is to hampered by all of this carelessness
