Now mofo teams don't even really want top 5 picks b/c they can barely afford to sign the players. It is nuts. I aint got no problem with cats making as much as they can, but I think it's a little shitty for a cat that aint done a damn thing to come in and make damn near more than some good players make in they entire career, off a damn rookie deal.

They already have a "loose" Cap in the NFL. What they don't have is a 'cap' or hard salary guidelines for the draftees. That will change probably by the next draft. Both the Vets and the Commissioner want it.
