"Deadbeats" aren't born, they are created.
Just say YOU don't care, but if others didn't care, YOU wouldn't be where YOU are because Blacks as a race would be relegated to "deadbeat" status, in ghettos, with terrible educations, and without a presence in the political and social realm.
You have a right to do what you want, but you can't rationalize away what you aren't, which is is part of the solution.
