NFL: Cam Newton Deliver The Perfect Rebuttal To Ed Hochuli’s ‘Too Young’ Denial

Seahawks, Eagles, Packers, Titans, Cowboys, Falcons will be losses.

Panthers will finish 10-6 this year.

I felt very comfortable listening.

As soon as they see you exercise your intellect inside of an athletic platform, the insecurity is INSTANT.

I can only assume that they already know you are faster, quicker, and stronger than them, and on top of that, you have the audacity to be cerebral. The fear breeds insecurity and insecurity breeds hate and it converts via white angry sports fans, so fluidly.:smh::hmm:

now, they hate cam.

but after all that, they run-out to buy NFL jerseys with OTHER black player's names on them.

Yup.

They really have their feelings invested in the idea of the "all brawn, no brain".

The "dumb jock".

But subconsciously they know it's not true.

They hate to have their comfort zone of beliefs disturbed.

While I want to believe Cam, when you look at the video it doesn't look like Hochuli said, "You were too young to get the call" at all. I've looked at that thing about 50 times and I just don't see it. What it does look like he said was something about "running", which would be in line with what Hochuli said he said.

The other thing that worries me about BGOL is that Hochuli has a pristine track record. He consistently rates out as one of the top officials in the NFL year after year after year and BGOL has been quick to jump on him. If it were a brother in Hochuli's place everyone in here would want to give him the benefit of the doubt, point to his spotless track record, and dissect the video frame by frame. No doubt it would be pointed out that the other person was caught stealing while in college and caught in at least one big lie.

Has anyone considered the possibility that Cam misheard him?

Cam doing his thing. He still throws questionable passes, but he's improved as far as playing his position and running the offense..

Another reason theyre 3-0 is because of that defense. Even with kuechly out..they still played well. They just grabbed Allen from the Bears. The Panthers run a defense that fits Allens style of play. He might go there and put up the same type of number he had when he played for the Vikings.....if he has something left in the tank.

I can tell by Cam's reaction that he said it. I can see that more than trying to be a lip reader :hmm:

Easily, because you were running.

If he were to say you're too young to get that call, would've been a smirk afterwards.

Cam misheard him. False alarm. Case closed.:hmm:

It was a night of treats for a very sick North Carolina boy who got to celebrate Halloween early with the help of his community and a big boost of sweets from a couple of Panthers — the football kind.

North Carolina quarterback Cam Newton paid a surprise visit to the block party set up by several dozen neighbors of 10-year-old Elijah Aschbrenner, who has a rare form of cancer called epithelioid sarcoma.

The boy learned last week the disease had spread and that he might not make it to Halloween, so his community immediately rallied to throw him a party in honor of his favorite holiday.

A few days earlier, Newton had called Elijah to say hello and help lift his spirits, but he caught everyone off guard when he showed up at Friday night's party — bringing with him an ice cream truck and 22 boxes of Elijah's favorite dessert, brownies from Papa John's Pizza.

Newton also brought dinner for the event, including steak, shrimp and various sides such as mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese.

Becky Hughes, Elijah's mom, said she started bawling as soon as she saw Newton.
