Well, if the woman reports to you she may feel that she has to do “special favors” for her not to lose her job. So she may go along with things, but she can always claim it was done under duress. I still don't understand how they end up in their hotel room. Boss or not it's very east to say no thank you and move on. First time it was an incident. The next time she should of said I will never go on a trip with him again. If she did her hotel room should not be on his floor.
