I think EWF vs Kool & the Gang is a better match...
I have to strongly disagree. The Isleys catalog can wrap around EWF's 3 or 4 times. The Isleys 1st #1 hit was in the 1950's. The Beatles even had a hit off of that Isleys hit.
Funny I was telling somebody during the summer I would have a vs with Ron Isley vs r Kelly... obvious reasons on why that’s not going down but I think both have catalogs that has a huge fan base and would be a great listen

So then what do you mean by catalog? A catalog refers to the body of work of an artist. It has nothing to do with quality. Anybody can keep making records. Maybe you're not aware of the difference between the two but it is vast.
