New York State State Senator Jesse Hamilton wants to make it a hate crime to call the cops on someone just because they’re black.
 
Negros in that state need to get behind him. I'm all for it. If you called 911 because you dropped your candybar, they'd fine the fuck out of you. I dont see for the life of me why thousands of black folks in the towns where it happens are flooding the police station demanding charges for abuse of emergency services. We gotta start somewhere. Flood the news stations with demand for charges.
 
And now the after effects of racism raise their head... they use the police as racial weaponry and now there are calls, justifiably, to make it a hate crime.. so now people will be worried about making calls for what they deem legitimately suspicious ...all they had to do was drop some heavy fines for some of the more egragious cop calling cases and we wouldnt have got to this point...I doubt it will pass but hopefully it forces some kind of counter for all these mischief calls
 
I'm no lawyer but he didn't think this one through.

Yall do know that black folks call the cops on black folks too right? Would it only be a crime in CACs make the call?
 
This sounds supremely idiotic ! The whole idea of hate crimes law is already assbackwards, but this and the whole blue lives matter law is particularly foolish.
