The NYPD confirmed that a second female victim was killed in Monday’s shooting. One woman who tried to take cover behind a pillar was killed, while another woman was fatally shot on the 33rd floor. It was not clear which was the unidentified victim and which was LePatner.The NYPD has not released further details on the second female victim pending notification of her family.

Craig Clementi, an NFL employee who works in the league’s finance department, was injured in Monday’s shooting, a person with knowledge of the situation said. His father-in-law, Robert Hunter, told the New York Daily News that Clementi “was on his way home when he got shot.”
