So now EVERY government office is involved in ONE LEAKY BK HYDRANT?
how long that hydrant been a hazard? All the OTHER hydrants in that hood functional? Did they put a spray cap in the summer?
The leak was in front of a residential area what about any property damage?
I hope while they were there they also checked the water quality on the surrounding buildings - I would hope our children's health is just as important as 5 cent goldfish.
