New TV Series: MobLand - Tom Hardy, Pierce Brosnan and Helen Mirren

I didn’t at first but he’s Irish gangster in London

Richie is a uk native , more of a uk gangster , like bricktop in snatch
That’s why pierce looks and sounds out of place

He has a thick Irish accent

Or am I wrong in this ? Are they both Irish gangsters ?
I'm not totally sold on Pierce in this role.

But I get the king Lear Macbeth feet of clay thing they going for

That's a good breakdown.

I have to research the characters backgrounds

Thos isn't bad. I'm hooked now. But I don't love it.

It's very predictable. I feel like Ritchie isn't THAT involved because the Gentleman on Netflix was perfect

They trying for a UK Sheridan series but they missing a lot in the storytelling. The ACTING is topnotch the violence is good ot LOOKS good

But it's missing something

Brosnan is playing an Irish ,he mentions it the latest episode

Latest episode. When this first came out, my first reaction was that HELEN MIRREN was the star
But now I believe the real star of this thing is GUY RITCHIE. Great episode!!

The real star is Eddie
He has managed to surpass Joffrey as the most hated tv character

Right he's trying to STEAL the show. You could start a drinking game with how many times he's been called the c-word
But the production!!! That's the star for me. So far. Mirren as well.

Eddie & Maeve make the show by their constant B.S., but Conrad might consider getting rid of both of them.

I recently read a recap and it's highly probable that Maeve ordered the hit on Vron (and I have a feeling that Archie was loyal), and Conrad took credit to maintain the image that he is still in control.

Now, the Harrigans are in an "unnecessary war" that's bad for business and puts everyone in jeopardy.

PS. Just don't hurt or kill Seraphina.

And why didn’t Richie just say to pierce your wife gave me their location
This. That would cause even more friction between them. Richie lost his son and wife. Telling Conrad would probably even the score and make it worse

There's definitely a showdown going to happen between Conrad and Maeve. I'm just trying to figure out whether Conrad knows more than he's letting on and giving her enough rope to hang herself. By NOW he should at least be suspicious about her. But he can't really articulate that to ANYBODY in the room except for Seraphina.

Also, where is the other daughter?? She pops in for a minute but never sticks around. If it's one thing I learned from TOP BOY is not to sleep on that chic

Is she implying his son is his brother? Explains why he can’t stand that little shit lol.
Interesting, and highly probable that Eddie is Conrad's son (wasn't Conrad sleeping with Bella before Kevin married her?)

Considering that Kevin might be dealing with psychological damage from being raped constantly by the Prison guards thar might have had a negative effect on his sex life.

Then there are 2 other things that might add credence to your statement.

1. Bella let Harry know that she wants to "sleep" with him.

2. Conrad told Bellamy he owns her.

I like this show but they have to be careful not to fall into the same trap as Sons of Anarchy or Power. That trap being characters that are "super-thugs", who can never get touched. We're supposed to believe that the Harrigan and Stevenson mobs are at the same level but for all but one episode the Harrigans never take a loss. I hate it when they did it with Jax, I hated it when they did it with Tommy, so watching Harry bully his way across London without taking so much as a flesh wound is just more plot armor than I would like to see.
