He took accountability. And didn't really point fingers.
And honestly? I agree because I said the sane things about the Snyderverse in real time.

This was a VERY unique viewing experience
I have no idea what this movie was supposed to be.
The premise the entire "plot" seemed completely irrelevant. It was just an excuse so that these 2 actors could play.
The action scenes were very well done. The world building was solid but this would have been a better streaming series on Amazon. It would have broken veiwing records.
But as a MOVIE? it was just mindless popcorn inducing images & sounds for 2 hours.
To be clear I ain't even saying it was BAD.
But it's a trend lately that these projects aren't really conventional MOVIES anymore.
we are going to have rethink how we judge critique these things moving forward

I ejoyed the movie. Went to see it in Dolby. I thought it was more fun than the first one because Bernthal was great as the kid brother. I thought it was better than the amateur (i thought that was good too).
on a bgol note, Christian was in the house alone with Medina and didn't at least try to smash? You could tell throughout the whole movie that he wanted some ass from someone. That sista in the country bar was throwing it at him as well. Lol

Imagine a TV SERIES with that as the premise?
I would have loved that on a weekly basis for 8 episodes.
Imagine part 3 the Accountant is in another country hurt and his brother is the main trying to save him but now he has to work with the KIDS??!!!
And the whole premise is that he can finally empathize with his brother's condition because he has to learn to trust them and work with them to save his brother.
Beranthal chemistry with those kids in his ear during a mission is gold.
And needs the new Latina assassin's help too.
And now the Accountant doesn't have the safety net of his crew. And has to function without his support system trying to complete his mission and get back home. Affleck would act the hell put of that.

I love it. They could really turn this into a series like reacher where he goes from city to city, country to country. They could even have him working at the ports calculating the tariffs..lol

I watch the first movie again , this new one I don’t think I would ever watch again

I bought a ticket for Sinners and walked into the accountant 2. My opinions were the same as yours. The Dayton scene, the bar line dance scene, Medina was annoying and not used well or even necessary.
Not every successful movie has to have a sequel, and this movie just seems that let's do a sequel because the first one did well. What I'm telling you I'm glad it didn't get my money, I'm glad it didn't get my money
