Yep That is what my momma always told me If something should happen in a marriage that causes it to end...The woman should be able to maintain herself and her children, without a big financial burdern.

Naaaaw it means be smart. I work a full time managerial job, 2 side buisnesses and I am now starting my own foundation.

Work w/ what you have to get what you want...And be smart about it. I dont need a dime from my husband, but he gives it to me.
Just like he doesnt need a penny of mine, but I will drop him 500.00 to do what he wants w/ it.
All women are not gold-diggers and not all women need a man to support them.
