NEW R-RATED SPAWN MOVIE IS COMING (WHAT WE KNOW SO FAR)

And the budget already wasn’t gone be shit with Jason Blum involved. Everything he does is on the cheap.

But to be fair last few flicks have looked good and done well

I think I'm more worried about the script and the acting..

Wesley, Jai white hell even sticky fingas...

Had that darkness

I don't see it with Jaime

There are 4 actors from the wire alone that would have been perfect

I don't think Jamie Foxx is a good fit for Spawn. Other than the movie Ray, Jamie has a conceited pride that he projects in the roles he plays. That aspect of his acting will fuck up Spawn kind of the same way it fucked up Django. Django was good, but Jamie's portrayal of Django took away from the movie for me.

You know

I never heard that before but damn

You could be right

There is difference between defiance, ego, pride and conceit.

Wow...

I gotta rewatch that.

I wonder if will could have done better.

I was at McFarlane's panel at NYC Comic Con 2019 when he went on an hour-long diatribe about this SPAWN Production.

Dude needs to just stick to making Action Figures.
And I'm a HUGE McFarlane Fan too.

But Man.
Tom is starting to come off as another Rob Liefeld.
Railing about projects that NEVER come to fruition and shit.

i agree. and i didn't like his premise for the film. spawn doesn't talk ?!!! you barely see him??/ gtfoh

Good luck to Todd, hope he can pull it off with that A-list writing team on a shoestring budget. He should've brought back the animation first though.:dunno:

I dont care what Rob says, I liked the First spawn movie, yeah the graphics didn't age well, but I thought Michael Jai White was excellent as Spawn. Yes it is a little campy but i mean for what it was, i thought it was good.
