New Peacock Series: Day of the Jackal f. Eddie Redmayne UPDATE: MOST WATCHED SERIES

It's been a good season on the whole. Told her and her boyfriend they will undoubtedly enjoy it. They like spy / thriller-type shows.

Had a chance to watch the pilot of Interior Chinatown with them, as well as the movies Spooks - The Greater Good, and Saturday Night.

The items I added to their flashdrive were:

- The end of season 4 of Only Murders
- Cross - full season
- Interior Chinatown - full season
- Landman - the 5 episodes that have aired so far
- The Day of the Jackal - 9 of the 10 episodes
- Say Nothing - full season
- The Agency - the first 2 episodes
- The Sticky - full season

Movies ...

- My Old Ass
- Fanatical - The Catfishing of Tegan and Sara
- The Day of the Jackal (1973)
- Blitz
- Juror #2

Wow now THAT is a list

I put like 30GB or more on that bitch.

Left about 80mb of empty room, lol.

She told me keep SHOGUN on there (they have already watched it) as their friend wants to see it too, and mom said she wants to rewatch a few episodes. When she was here back in the summer we walked along Barnet Beach and I showed her in the nearby distance where part of the Shogun series was filmed.

Thanks Playa. As we get older - definitely have to value those family ties. Got time off in December, so visited mom this week ... gonna see pops this evening ... going out with aunt on Monday evening to check out Christmas lights on foot and then take her out for dinner (her 76th birthday was last week). It's our annual tradition the past 5 - 7 years. Check out Christmas lights / go out for dinner. Then going to cousin's Christmas concert next Wednesday. He's a music teacher at an elementary school. He also organizes the annual Christmas concert which takes place at one of the high schools. They have elementary school students from about 7 grade levels. 2 of his kids are in the performance as well, so it's cool to see them up there playing drums / guitar, and doing a bit of singing. Fun to watch the young kids belt out the songs. Been going to cousin's concert the past 3 or so years. Gonna go with pops and we've been going out for fish & chips afterward. That's one of our traditions in recent years, haha. When we check out Christmas lights we get burgers before that, when we've done that, lol.

Story wise...........if he were smart, he'd let her go. The Feds were in his home. It could have gone bad if they were there. You don't want collateral damage. Just my thinking.
I agree. I think going after her would be his downfall. Would make for another good season of cat n mouse. But then again, they wanna cover this guy so bad, they sent two people totally unprepared to take him down. Dude even deleted her last text to cover there asses so I don't know

As I suspected, a far-fetched plot saved by incredibly good acting. I enjoyed it and that's all that matters to me.

As far as The Agency, I'd like to know why fasbender ALWAYS gets a black woman co-lead and ALWAYS ends up in the sack with her - both on and off screen?
Well, maybe not since he married Lara Croft, but still. Is that shit in his contract?

lmao

I was saying the same shit...I remember He was with Nicole Beharie in "Shame" ...Lupita in "12 years a slave" but I can't remember any other sistas he was with, it seemed like there were way more.

LOVING "the Agency" btw.

we gonna start this show and "Earth Abides" once The Agency is wrapped up

I just started watching this. I wonder if there was a reason they got the numbers wrong on the Ukrainian hit. On the show they said it was 3,500 m but in reality it was 3,800 m. I wonder why they made that mistake and whether it was intentional

1st episode got me locked in...Great cast too, Eddie Redmayne, Tywin Lannister, Lyssa Arynn, Tokyo from money Heist etc.
I recognized Lyssa Arynn - that is one regular ugly broad right there. Yikes. I didn't recognize or see tywin Lannister. But, IMDb said he's in six episodes so I'll recognize him the next time he comes around. I'm usually good at recognizing folks, but IMDb is really helpful for cinephiles.

First one and a half episodes and I'm locked in as well
