Paramount+ is saying goodbye to four different series as it prepares to incorporate Showtime into its platform, including 'Grease: Rise of the Pink Ladies,' 'Star Trek: Prodigy,' 'Queen of the Universe' and 'The Game.'
Annabel Oakes said she was "devastated at the complete erasure of our show" after the streaming service announced it was canceling the 'Grease' prequel series and pulling its first season.
I know the "Get Woke Go Broke" crowd is going to get loud on this one but this might more of an indictment on the state of musicals in modern entertainment
What's really fucked up is that Paramount is doing a tax write-off on the series. They're pulling it from the streaming library in less than a week, and if it doesn't get picked up elsewhere it will be as if it never existed.
