Spiderman has always supposed to be a regular sized guy. He was supposed to be about 5'10" and 160lbs. Also he's still in high school. In the comics he got his powers when he was 15 yrs old.

Through Shuri... T'Challa becomes Miles's mentor, not wanting Miles to become like his Uncle but to use his powers for good... T'Challa gives him his the black Spider Man suit made of vibranium...
This would differentiate Miles from Peter, Stark Tech vs Wakandan Tech and expand Black Panther's world through the African diaspora...
