yeah phonte and nicolay are fam..so i supported...bought the itunes release, the 2 cd-pack and will be getting the wax to spin during my dj sets..

I'm gonna have to agree with that quote I actually expected more hip-hop and less singing. I am impressed with how they stayed consistant with the concept of the record. Maybe they'll drop an EP later on and they'll make amends for the lack of rhymes. Album is still dope though an absolute must buy, specially since you seldomly hear this type of stuff nowadays....this is propably the most chilled out RnB I've heard in a long time. Well produced, good singing and the music stays close to the ambient and feel of the album. Nice to see Nicolay stay on focus with a concept as well.


Cool concept on though, I will be getting this on the 14th from Nicolay's site or Amazon.

just waiting on that edgar allen floe album hoping its just as good.

to be able to express his other artistic talents that spread wider than hip hop.
if u want rappin,
buy a little brother album.
if u want superb melodic songwriting sung by a smoky smooth baritone,
