Jason Kelce will not be the next NFL legend to get roasted.
The future Hall of Famer talked about Tom Brady’s decision to be roasted by former teammates and comedians with brother Travis on “The New Heights” podcast.
“It was pure entertainment and I’m really happy they did it but I just don’t get the roasts,” said Jason, who retired this offseason. “I don’t know why people do it. Maybe I take myself too seriously … It was star-studded. The best part about it was how many just iconic NFL and celebrities of immense stature that were there.

“Not to mention the entire Patriots dynasty showing up for Tom. That being said, I really don’t f–king get it. I don’t get why people do roasts. I don’t get why they are a thing. Haha, yeah, my family’s ruined, it’s so funny, everyone’s laughing, it’s great, we’re having fun, yeah right.'”
Brady took more than a handful of barbs about his recent divorce from Gisele Bündchen and her relationship with jiu jitsu instructor Joaquim Valente.
Bündchen — an insider told People — was “deeply disappointed” with the roast and the frequent attacks at her and Brady’s failed marriage.

Aside from a “massage” dig from roast master Jeff Ross directed at Patriots owner Robert Kraft, Brady seemed to handle the three hours of insults well.
Travis was impressed with Brady being a “good sport” while taking some “aggressive strays.”
“Oh my Goodness, that was unbelievable first off,” said Travis, who was fresh off trips to the Kentucky Derby and Miami Grand Prix last weekend.

“Everyone involved hats off. I had been in tears the whole last day just watching (comedian Nikki Glaser’s) clips. I wasn’t able to watch it live. I commend everybody because no one seemed to get their feelings hurt. It seems like everyone was having fun with it. But at the same time, that s–t had me rolling because of how at everybody’s neck people were going.”

The NFL brothers then pondered a question many have been asking: How much did Brady get paid by Netflix to subject himself to that comedic abuse?

“I take it back. I’ll do a roast. What’d you guys pay Tom? The one person I wouldn’t allow on the stage is Kylie,” Jason said about his wife of six years. “She knows too much … Every day I am getting roasted by Kylie.”

Gisele Bündchen may have been disappointed over the Tom Brady divorce jokes during his roast on Sunday, but an ESPN host warns that she shouldn’t throw stones in a glass house.
“Ah yes, the alleged cheater becomes the morality police,” Randy Scott, a “SportsCenter” anchor, said in response to a post by Page Six where Bündchen proclaimed her “disappointment.”
The Brazilian model was on the tail end of several jokes, including ones about her alleged boyfriend and jiu-jitsu instructor, Joaquim Valente.
“Eight karate classes a day, and she’s still a white belt. F–k, Tom. The only bruises she had were on her ass. Everybody should have known it,” Kevin Hart joked to Brady, who uncomfortably smiled throughout.
Bündchen has denied rumors that she began her romance with Valente before she split up with Brady, claiming they began dating in June 2023.

Page Six reports that Bündchen met her new lover in December 2021, and they were seen together in Miami and then Costa Rica in 2022.
Bündchen claims that they were there together as friends.

Scott himself has a dicey relationship with the morality police, as he came under fire in 2023 for transitioning from a women’s college basketball game to a men’s by saying, “Let’s get back to the actual basketball in Ann Arbor.”

Fans were furious with his delivery claiming he was being “sexist and disrespectful.”

He responded back to these claims and then deleted the tweet.

Tom Brady was the butt of countless jokes during the roast.

“We did a VO of the moment of silence in Ann Arbor,” Scott responded on X. “Then the WBB highlight. Then said ‘let’s get back to the actual basketball in Ann Arbor.’ Then, the MBB highlight. Nice try, though.”

He eventually apologized for the lapse in judgment.

Patriots owner Robert Kraft tells Putin: ‘Give me my fucking ring back!

New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft called out Russian President Vladimir Putin on Sunday, telling the leader to give him his “f‑‑‑ing ring back,” in reference to a long-running allegation that Putin stole one of his Super Bowl rings during a 2005 meeting.

The remark came during Sunday night’s “roast” of former Patriots quarterback Tom Brady, who was the center of jokes from former Patriots coach Bill Belichick, comedian Kevin Hart and past Patriots teammates during the event, which was broadcast live on Netflix.

With the mic in hand, Kraft poked fun at his former star quarterback, but also to spoke directly to Putin, telling the camera, “In case Vladimir Putin, you’re watching … give me my f‑‑‑ing ring back, will you?”

The controversy over the ring was brought back into the spotlight in March after the release of Apple TV’s “The Dynasty” series, based on Jeff Benedict’s hit book about the rise of the New England Patriots.

In the 2020 book, Benedict wrote about how Kraft, in 2005, accepted an invitation from banker Sanford Weill to travel to Russia with Rupert Murdoch and a group of high-profile CEOs to meet with Putin and “stimulate commerce” between the U.S. and Russia. The meeting took place in the summer of 2005, months after the Patriots won Super Bowl XXXIX.

“Afterward, as the American business leaders posed for a group photo with Putin, Weill encouraged Kraft to show his Super Bowl ring to the Russian leader. Kraft retrieved it from his pocket and handed it to Putin,” Benedict wrote in “The Dynasty.”

“Putin admired the ring’s size and its 124 diamonds. ‘I could kill someone with this ring,’ he said as he slipped it on his finger and made a fist.”

Kraft allegedly told Putin he could “kill someone without it,” since he was “the head of the KGB,” Benedict wrote.

“As Putin removed the ring, Kraft put out his hand. But Putin slipped the ring into his own pocket,” Benedict wrote. “Perplexed, Kraft looked at Weill, who subtly shook his head from side to side, signaling Kraft not to say anything. But Putin was stealing his ring. Kraft couldn’t believe it.”

Days after the meeting, reports over the controversy circulated and the Russian government maintained the ring was a gift, per the book.

Kraft later received a call from the then-President George W. Bush’s White House, which “suggested it would be in the country’s best interest if Kraft put an end to the controversy by stating publicly that he had intended the ring to be a gift,” according to the book.

Kraft eventually honored the Bush administration’s request and released a statement that he gave Putin the ring “as a symbol of the respect and administration” for the Russian people and Putin.

Kraft has won a total of six Super Bowl rings with the Patriots.

The Hill reached out to the Russian government for comment.

Pussy. Billionaire status to have yo shit ran in front of everyone. At minimum you know of Putin... just like you know the dealers, hustlers, and dudes that ain't no punks. Even if it was covered by insurance - Kraft thinks his biggest flex (money) earns him the status or spoken word authority to direct someone like Putin to do anything. Got treated like the little bitch that he is. Fuck Robert Kraft, Tom Brady, and the New England Patriots.

For those that don’t know. With these, roast the jokes are approved before hand. So the person does know what is being said.

Of course there is some off script jokes but this allows the person roasted to enjoy the show
