So far I can't complain. Haven't had any problems so far.

it really depends on where you are. Here in NYC T Mobile tends to be spotty. My blackberry through work uses T Mobile and there are times when service sucks. To be honest in the NY/NJ area Sprint and Verizon are king. Much better voice and data service than T Mobile or At&T.

Thats how it is in VA and out here in IL. Sprint and verizon runs shit. I'll be at work and have full signal and the AT&T/T-Mobile cats will be getting little to no signal.

Yeah when I drive up and down the NJ Turnpike my wife and I won't drop any calls (she's Verizon and I'm Sprint...we're a modern Romeo & Juliet). However, when she uses her work phone (AT&T) and I use my work phone (T Mobile) we drop multiple times. Its painful.

You do have a point, because yesterday I went to my parents home in La (Sprint/ATT country)and I had zero signal in the house, I didn't get signal until I was about 5 miles away. Now that I do have a problem with. I did call T-Mobile and they stated they are just starting to move into the area, so I should see improvement soon.

i work in retention fam, ur not getting a discount on the pre, its in stone right now. we not even ordering that shyt for people, u gotta go to a sprint store...on another note, the way to have it discounted per se, is take the offer extended for lets say 70 bux to extend ur contract, then go buy the phone like everyone else. the extension offer wont effect ur eligibility to upgrade....ur welcome

I've only ever had sprint and for the most part Im a satisfied customer. Whenever I have a problem with them or one of their reps, I just either call back or go to a different location. There is always going to be that one person who really loves their job and will follow each step of the company protocol. Your job is to find that person who doesnt care and just wants you to leave without problem.
This has worked for me and my concerns 100% of the time.
