Need business advice (no porn)

I'm tired of working and now i feel the time is right for me to start my own business. I have a business sense an skill in the voice and data field. Everthing from wiring houses to installing OC-192 or Flashwave 4500's. My biggest issue right now is the actual startup. Where is a good place to start looking for contract offers. I have a crew of 12 that I am training and would like to start small and as they grow in knowledge and confidence, the bigger the task i can take on.

1st if you are 'tired of working' owning a business isn't the right move. You will be working 120 hr weeks if you are lucky, it could easily be more than that. I normally work from 9 to 5, thats 9 in the morning to 5 in the morning. After 2 years of grinding last year we made a profit. Business is not a game you have to be dead serious about it. If you are real, people with money will notice what you are doing, I have 2 companies offering to buy me out either deal would put serious money in my bank acct but I worked my ass off for it.
